The team behind web3 gaming app GladiatorDex officially launched on April 27 during a community event at the Clark Marriott Hotel in Pampanga. The announcement included details regarding the platform’s core infrastructure and the scheduling of its full game release, which is set for July 27.
The event served as an initial public preview of the strategy and battle game, which utilizes digital asset ownership, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and regional digital economies.
Core Platform
According to company executives, the project focuses on combining competitive gameplay mechanics with blockchain-based asset verification. Chief Marketing Officer Arc Prepose stated during a presentation that the platform’s development strategy centers on creating a gaming ecosystem independent of speculative market trends.
Chief Executive Officer Eliezer Rabadon delivered a keynote presentation detailing the role of blockchain architecture in digital property rights. Rabadon stated that web3 infrastructure allows players to possess direct ownership of in-game assets through decentralized systems.
Gameplay Demonstrations and NFT Governance Systems
The event included a live presentation of the platform’s technical framework. Chief Technology Officer Zeff Calilung led a live gameplay showcase to demonstrate the game’s battle mechanics, progression models, and smart contract integrations to attendees.
Region NFT Sale
The developers also announced the introduction of the GladiatorDex Region NFT Sale, which serves as the foundation for the game’s decentralized governance framework. The company revealed its first “Grand Duke” region owner and a “Slayer Rank” member, which represent the initial participants in the platform’s regional economy model.
Chief Operating Officer Onyx Tandoy and Chief Financial Officer Marc Chiu outlined the company’s financial planning, operational structures, and sustainability frameworks as the team moves toward the scheduled July release.
